We are looking for a
Quality Part Responsible - Carbon Fibre Components to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of QA Interiors/Exteriors.

**You will be responsible to manage quality aspects (requirements, problems solving, KPI) with suppliers both during development and Series Production Phase in order to reach and keep expected quality levels for the managed components (including software functions)

Your main activities will be:
During development Phase / Pre-Series

  • Definition of requirements/targets in terms of quality for single components/systems by deploying the overall project targets;
  • Attending to interfunctional meeting, for quality requirements (including Lesson Learned from previous projects and modifications before SOP). Escalation to Headof and Quality Project Leaders in case of problems;
  • Developing, following and approving the Advanced Product Quality Planning for the parts under your area of responsibility. Sort and escalate priority problems that could occur as real or potential jobstopper for the project;
  • Preparing and customizing Quality Standards based on Group guidelines and specific Lamborghini requirements as documents to submit to Purchasing for the contract preparations, sourcing & nomination meetings and commitment rounds;
  • Performing the EMPB (qualification) process of new (or modified, for Series) components, as approval for production; during sampling process to manage three main activities: dimension test, assembly test, laboratory test and to state the "level of component" release or the needed deviations and risks;
  • Interface with metrology laboratory activities and Durability Test for parts claims during the validations' phases;
  • Establishing, approving and keeping updated the needed reference parts and catalogues for Production Quality and Supplier;
  • Tracking supplier the needed actions to protect Production line during the Pre-Series Phase (e.g. Firewalls) and discuss the costs based on supplier responsibility;
  • Performing regular meetings with suppliers, both in house or at supplier site and perform 2Day Production audit and follow the action plan to start production at supplier site. Analyzing the process of supplier finding evidence for improvements and problem solving.
During Series

  • Attending to interfunctional meetings for quality requirements and aspects from SOP in case of modifications or new Model years. Escalation to Headof and Quality Project Leaders in case of problems;
  • Following the closing of the open deviations during the Pre-Series Phase;
  • Performing the EMPB (qualification) process of the modified components, as approval to them to go in production;
  • Tracking supplier for actions to protect Production line during the Series Phase and discuss the costs based on supplier responsibility; Giving support to Protection Team about closing forecast for Firewall and actions (using 8Dreports) and give support about the chargeback process. Supporting Protection Team to use Reference parts and catalogues in case of doubts during line and warehouse cleaning;
  • Visiting at supplier site in the Series Phase in any case of problems the needs a joint analysis or in case of deviation from standard output;
  • Managing the escalation Phase of the Supplier in Series using the Critical Supplier Program, as terminal of Protection Team activities;
  • Attending to Series & Field problem meeting and final Audit for related claims
