Brief Call :

Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you Interviews (the average number of interviews is - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team:
your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

What will you do? Understand the E/E Car Architecture and identify necessary changes for car features and systems. Improve software and hardware development processes. Support requirements definition and assess technical feasibility. Design and manage Change Requests and support suppliers during development. Interface with customers on system architecture and design. Coordinate with other departments and suppliers for project steering. Manage project scheduling, and track issues. Investigate and resolve technical problems. Generate technical reports and presentation material for project communication. Plan and oversee software and hardware updates for test facilities. ? What do we request? Master's degree in engineering is mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Design Release Engineer (DRE), System Engineer, or component owner in the infotainment system.

Strong knowledge of English (C1 level) ; Italian is considered as a plus Familiarity with Change Management flow (Change Requests) and product cycle development.
