**Posizione**:
Il _Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist_ svolge un ruolo chiave nell'azienda, è responsabile di garantire l'acquisizione dei migliori talenti e dello sviluppo continuo delle competenze dei dipendenti. Le principali responsabilità includono:

- Analisi e pianificazione:_
- Condurre un'analisi approfondita dei bisogni del personale nelle diverse aree dell'azienda, inclusi Operations, Sede e Unità Produttiva.
- Redigere dettagliate Job Description per ogni posizione aperta.
- Gestire la pubblicazione degli annunci sui Job Site e lo screening dei curriculum vitae.
- Reclutamento:_- Sviluppo professionale:_
- Creare percorsi formativi e programmi di addestramento su misura per promuovere lo sviluppo continuo delle competenze dei dipendenti.
- Implementare programmi di sviluppo delle competenze mirati a migliorare le performance individuali e di team.
- Valutare regolarmente le performance dei dipendenti e collaborare con loro per definire piani di crescita professionale personalizzati.
- Employer branding:_
- Gestire efficacemente le relazioni con agenzie per il lavoro e istituti di formazione, stabilendo partnership strategiche per il reclutamento e lo sviluppo del personale.
- Implementare attività di employer branding per migliorare l'immagine aziendale e attrarre i migliori talenti sul mercato.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza comprovata di almeno 3 anni nel reclutamento o nello sviluppo del personale, preferibilmente nel settore retail.
- Laurea in materie Umanistiche, Psicologia, Relazioni del Lavoro o affini.
- Positività, energia e dinamismo.
- Spirito collaborativo e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Capacità di problem setting e problem solving.
- Ottima pianificazione e organizzazione, con una gestione efficace dello stress.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese e del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel.
