Lean Program Manager

As part of our continuous improvement journey, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lean Program Manager to lead and guide the implementation of Lean principles across our plants and R&D centers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive Lean and Digital strategy aligned with the company's objectives. Collaborate with senior management to integrate Lean principles into the overall business strategy.
- Change Management: Drive cultural transformation by promoting Lean thinking and behaviors throughout the organization. Work closely with teams to identify and overcome resistance to change.
- Team Collaboration: Build and lead crossfunctional teams to achieve Lean objectives. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver Lean training programs for employees at all levels. Provide coaching and mentorship to build Lean capabilities within the organization.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Lean initiatives. Regularly assess and report on the progress of Lean implementations.
PREFERENTIAL SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in successfully leading Lean and Digital implementations in manufacturing, product development, and purchasing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Data driven approach and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of WCM framework is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence at all organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
