Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all our partners to collect feedback, monitor the adoption of our solution and ensure excellence.

A few examples of your daily tasks
Travel 4 days a week, visiting all our partners retail stores around Italy;
In charge of the adoption of our solution, collecting feedback from all stores, ensuring the excellence of service to drive sales;
Be the primary point of contact (POC) for all our partners in Italy;
Design and implement action plans to address and enhance underperforming partner stores;
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to partner communications, ensuring sustained engagement and fostering enduring relationships.

You love traveling and living with your bags packed
2-3 years in retail store management experience or relevant customer related experience
Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
