We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role in propelling the growth and success of our innovative solutions by developing and managing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Establish Strategic Partnerships
    • Develop and execute a partnership strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with our company's ambitious goals.
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Partner Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions.
  • Drive Growth and Expansion
    • Identify new market opportunities and expand our reach through strategic partnerships.
    • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns with sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee Partner Relationship Lifecycle
    • Manage the entire partner relationship lifecycle, ensuring ongoing support and performance evaluation.
    • Ensure all partnership agreements are meticulously documented and maintained.
  • Lead Negotiations and Manage Contracts
    • Lead negotiations and manage contracts, securing favorable terms and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

What You Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the IT/Software B2B sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical/IT concepts.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and integration with various IT systems.
  • Understanding of Database technologies and SQL.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with top-notch communication skills.
