**Mansioni**:
Gestione delle richieste provenienti dalle varie sedi relative a manutenzioni e pulizia;
Definizione delle priorità di intervento e attivazione dei fornitori;
Gestione e monitoraggio delle manutenzioni di strutture ed impianti;
Programmazione e monitoraggio delle manutenzioni impiantistiche (ordinarie e straordinarie) e di attività minori;
Supporto nella pianificazione e gestione di progetti di rinnovo/ristrutturazione di spazi aziendali;
Monitoraggio budget costi generali ed investimenti;
Trasferte presso le sedi del Gruppo per monitoraggio attività.

**Requisiti**:
Diploma di geometra
Buona conoscenza di Autocad e pacchetto Office.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Possesso di patente B
Costituisce titolo preferenziale esperienza in ambito Facility, con particolare attenzione alle attività di manutenzione di strutture e impianti;
Orientamento all'apprendimento continuo, capacità di problem solving, attitudine al lavoro in team e attenzione ai dettagli completano il profilo.

**Luogo di lavoro**:
Ufficio SPPA&I presso la sede di Via Nobel 6/8 a Sesto F.no
Orario: 40 ore settimanali, da lunedì al venerdì dalle 09:00 alle 18:00.
