Siamo alla ricerca di un Marketing & Communication Specialist **dinamico e creativo** che possieda una comprovata esperienza nel campo dell'efficienza energetica. Avrai l'opportunità di guidare e sviluppare strategie di marketing innovative per promuovere i nostri prodotti e servizi all'avanguardia nel settore dell'efficienza energetica.

**RESPONSABILITÀ**:

- Definire e implementare una strategia di marketing globale per il settore dell'efficienza energetica, in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
- Sviluppare piani di marketing integrati per promuovere i nostri prodotti e servizi, utilizzando una combinazione di canali online e offline.
- Condurre ricerche di mercato per identificare opportunità e tendenze emergenti nel settore dell'efficienza energetica.
- Collaborare con il team di vendita per creare materiali di marketing di alta qualità, inclusi presentazioni, brochure, video e altro.
- Gestire il budget marketing e monitorare l'efficacia delle campagne pubblicitarie e promozionali.
- Mantenere un costante monitoraggio delle metriche di marketing chiave e fornire report periodici sulle prestazioni.
- Creare, pianificare e gestire eventi aziendali seminari, conferenze e fiere di settore.

**REQUISITI**:

- Pluriennale esperienza nel campo del marketing nel settore dell'efficienza energetica o in settori correlati come l'energia rinnovabile o la sostenibilità.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle strategie di marketing online e offline.
- Capacità dimostrata di sviluppare e implementare strategie di marketing di successo.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale.
- Abilità analitiche per valutare l'efficacia delle campagne di marketing.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e in team, gestendo progetti complessi in modo efficace.
- Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o campo correlato.
- Automunito
- Lavoro in presenza
