**Position**:
SARAI EPICO PERCHÉ:

- Svilupperai una strategia per attivare l'audience di EPICODE, aumentando la brand awareness, l'attrattività e l'entusiasmo degli utenti;
- Gestirai il piano editoriale occupandoti dell'ideazione, creazione e pubblicazione dei contenuti su tutte le nostre piattaforme: Instagram - TikTok - Facebook - LinkedIn - Youtube e Twitter;
- Identificherai e gestirai partner e fornitori (guerriglia, influencer marketing, ufficio stampa, public relations, agenzie creative ecc.);
- Analizzerai le metriche dei nostri Social proponendo nuove opportunità o aree di miglioramento;
- Creerai contenuti "snack" e promozionali (reels e stories, in Epicode è fondamentale "metterci la faccia");
- Ti interfaccerai con un team di specialisti, creator e copywriter nella pianificazione e creazione di tutti i contenuti visual ed audio (online ed offline);
- Collaborerai con il Chief of Marketing and Sales nella supervisione della strategia di comunicazione a 360°.

**Requirements**:
SEI EPICO PERCHÉ:

- Hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ti sei formato ed hai esperienza in ambito Marketing o Comunicazione;
- Hai almeno 4 anni di esperienza in Agenzie Creative, Start-Up o aziende internazionali;
- Sei esperto nella gestione di fornitori (Agenzia Creative, Influencer );
- Ogni tua decisione viene presa dopo aver analizzato dati ed informazioni;
- Hai sperienza nella gestione di budget di comunicazione;
- Possiedi eccellenti doti creative e comunicative, ricorda, in EPICODE ci si "mette la faccia";
- Sei una persona curiosa e sei sempre aggiornata sulle novità del mondo EdTech.
