You will have the opportunity to lead one of the primary teams in our center: customer returns, warehouse deals, receive, stow, pick, pack, or ship.
Working alongside your colleagues, you will ensure smooth workflows, meeting and even surpassing customer expectations and ensuring the well-being of our employees.
As part of the reverse logistics team, we will provide training and assistance for you to manage a team of around 80 to 120 associates and 2-5 team leaders.
While achieving all this, you will also focus on motivating, engaging, and improving performance:
- You will prioritize your team's safety, setting an example of safe behavior and ensuring it is followed by all team members. You will lead incident reporting and investigations using standard tools such as 5 why analysis and fishbone diagram.
- You will establish, develop, and uphold quality standards and standard procedures in your area.
- You will be responsible for training, assessing, and motivating your team members.
- You will be accountable for maintaining inventory accuracy by understanding and actively managing workflows.
- You will engage in lean management and spearhead improvement projects following standard methodologies like kaizen and A3 format.
- You will actively share and advocate for best practices with your colleagues and network.
Base salary (Annual): 26000 EURO
Signing Bonus Yr1: 4100 EURO
Signing Bonus Yr2: 3200 EURO

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- You are a university graduate, or close to completing your degree, with a background in logistics/retail being a bonus ·- A strong team player with leadership potential
- You possess problem-solving and analytical skills: actively involved in in-depth projects at school, proficient in advanced office software usage.
- You are a quick thinker, capable of making decisive decisions in fast-paced environments.
- You are willing and able to work flexible schedules and shifts, always dedicated to completing tasks efficiently.
- You are fluent in Slovak and English.
