About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Trade Marketing Club who will oversee the creation, planning, and execution of trade strategies on a global scale to support the successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the Club Marketing Segment plan based on HQ Priorities and Strategy
  • Together with other departments, the Club Marketing Segment is responsible to lead the process and the execution of the marketing activities in all channels, on and offline.
  • Together with the other departments (Sales teams, GSN, Product Marketing, CRM) is responsible for the definition and the local execution of commercial initiatives in accordance with HQ and country priorities.
  • Monitor the ROI of the segment marketing investment.
  • Responsible for the Leads generation of the assigned sources such as Tradeshow, Events, and Partners
  • With the goal to create the ultimate consumer experience, the Club Marketing Segment supports all the stakeholders and customers to implement the ultimate consumer experience in all touch points (sellout materials, marketing support, etc)
  • Collaborate and support the Country marketing manager to organize and execute the defined marketing activities to reach the expected results in terms of Leads, Proposals, and Orders by guaranteeing the correct Brand positioning.
  • Responsible for the management and organization of Technogym events dedicated to the Club Segment and of the participation in Tradeshow, Conference, and Events of the assigned segment.
Requirements

  • 58 years of experience in Trade Marketing or time spent in the field of marketing/communication.
  • 3 years of experience in the Fitness/Wellness segment (also including medical equipment or similar products)Passion for sports, enthusiasm, humility, proactivity, and ethics complete the desired profile.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Marketing
  • Marketing and market analysis skills
  • Strong Knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Project Management and problemsolving
  • Sell out tools & merchandising
  • Ability to create and cultivate a network.
