We are looking for an Application Specialist to join our THRON team.

Within this context, a professional able to govern the process of organizational change that we are implementing in the Information Area is essential.


This transformation will allow us to:
- optimize information flows and business processes
- maintain high levels of quality and security compliance
- provide high-performance tools and processes to all areas of the company.

Application Specialist will be directly supervised by the CIO and he/she will collaborate across all areas of the organization.

What you will do:

  • Train on processes to keep existing processes optimized and work to implement new ones
  • Continuous learning about major business tools such as Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Billing, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, to ensure the best adoption.
  • Support colleagues in any issues concerning the use of company systems or processes
  • Keeping uptodate the company's knowledge base on tools and procedures.
  • Document resolutions to reoccurring issues or workarounds in the knowledge base
  • Monitor the efficiency of information processes
  • Contribute to the company's digital evolution by participating in systems enhancement programmes and projects.

What you need:

  • Empathy

  • Great with people

Experience:

  • Desired knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Business Central
  • Preferred knowledge of company organizational and management processes;
  • Aptitude for operational support;
  • Predisposition to problem solving;
