Titolo di studio richiesto:

- Titolo preferenziale: esperienza maturata in ruolo tecnico in ambito sviluppo e gestione sistemi e/o equipment complessi (HW, FW, SW
- Attività previste per il ruolo:
La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Comprendere gli studi di fattibilità di prodotti complessi (esperienza di progettazione sarà elemento di preferenza)
- Capacità di identificare elementi fondamentali e secondari di un processo di studio e progettazione e di individuare i fondamentali di processo
- Generare i Piani Qualità di Progetto in accordo con il team di Progetto per un'applicazione "smart" dei processi
- Contribuire con il team di Progetto all'applicazione dei processi concordati nel Piano Qualità di Progetto
- Generare i Requisiti di Qualità Fornitori in accordo allo standard necessario ed essenziale
- Gestire i Requisiti di Qualità Fornitori in accordo al team di progetto per una gestione efficiente ed essenziale del progetto del fornitore.
- Contribuire proattivamente alla redazione della documentazione di progetto interna e dei fornitori per gli aspetti di Qualità del Prodotto
- Essere il chiaro riferimento per il team di progetto di aiuto alla gestione del progetto
- In modo proattivo identificare, comunicare e mitigare i rischi e problemi di Qualità inerenti items make & buy di prodotti di responsabilità del team di progetto che possano mettere a rischio la Qualità dei prodotti e le milestones di Programma.
- Interfacciarsi con le funzioni MEP, Commodities e Supply Chain in Italia per i prodotti di responsabilità del team promuovendo il Piano di Sorveglianza Fornitori di Progetto ed attuandolo per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi attesi di Qualità del Prodotto.
- Eseguire l'accettazione dei prodotti make & buy del Progetto.
- Supportare il team di progetto nella definizione e nella Gestione della Configurazione di prodotto (partecipazione ai CCB, approvazione Change Notice, verifica ed approvazione del Technical Data Package in PLM).
- Coordinare e supportare il team di progetto nell'implementazione del Processo di Gestione delle Non-Conformità secondo i Piani di Progetto ed evidenziare prontamente eventuali scostamenti valutandone i rischi sul prodotto.
- Supportare il team di progetto affinché il progetto, la qualifica, l'integrazione di prototipi e la fase di messa a punto della produzione dei prodotti di responsabilità del team siano eseguiti correttamente secondo le indicazioni dei Piani di Progetto.
- Partecipare proattivamente alle Review Tecniche di progetto.
- Verificare la conformità del progetto ai processi come indicati nel Piano Qualità di Progetto durante l'intero ciclo di sviluppo e proporre miglioramenti ove necessario.
- Fornire al Programma la stima dei costi di progetto coordinando la preparazione delle Cost Base necessarie alle proposte / offerte e/o agli emendamenti contrattuali richiesti.
- Preparare ed effettuare in ambito dei team di progetto supportati attività di micro training per aumentare la consapevolezza, l'efficienza e le competenze dei processi di Qualità all'interno del team di progetto.

Competenze Professionali:

- Ottima conoscenza, maturata in ambito tecnico-gestionale, dei prodotti sviluppati in azienda
- Conoscenza normativa EN 9100
- Ottima conoscenza dei suite MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Sarà elemento preferenziale la conoscenza dei tool aziendali (PLM MatriX, SAP QM, DRM, ecc) e dei principali processi aziendali BMS di sviluppo e di gestione Prodotto (PLC1, MCP10, MCP6, CMC7)

Conoscenze linguistiche:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto, parlato, letto e compreso)
