all'interno della direzione RETAIL Divisione Portfolio Management Cerchiamo un **Client Relationship Executive.**
La risorsa dovrà:
- Essere un riferimento commerciale del Cliente nella gestione di un'opportunità di vendita garantendo la migliore gestione del parco auto della divisione Portfolio Management, in termini di qualità e di competenza;
- Ottimizzare la gestione delle opportunità assegnate, con l'obiettivo di incrementare il numero di veicoli in flotta;
- Sviluppare il processo di vendita ed in particolare:
- Gestire proattivamente le scadenze contrattuali; gestire le richieste di ampliamento; gestire le attività e la relazione con il Credit Analyst; Offrire al Cliente una consulenza per la gestione efficace del parco auto a noleggio.
- Operare nel rispetto del budget assegnato ed in conformità con le procedure aziendali, garantendo la soddisfazione dei Cliente in termini qualitativi e consulenziali ed una migliore redditività;
- Mantenere un'elevata percezione delle eccellenze di Arval, essendo riconosciuti come punto di riferimento qualitativo nel mercato del NLT per il segmento di competenza;
- Lavorare in sinergia con il Client Management Team per incrementare la qualità e la soddisfazione percepita dal Cliente;
