Descrizione del lavoro

Le attività da svolgere presso l'ufficio Manufacturing Engineering riguardano l'industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti e la definizione, realizzazione e monitoraggio dei processi produttivi in ambito lavorazioni meccaniche, montaggio, testing di valvole e centraline oleodinamiche.
- Gestione di specifici progetti volti al miglioramento continuo della sicurezza, qualità e produttività;
- Industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti in accordo ai processi produttivi presenti nello stabilimento di Vzz;
- Gestione delle criticità di processo e produttive tramite metodo problem solving e lavoro in team;
- Monitoraggio dei KPI produttivi per il raggiungimento dei target prefissati;

Nello specifico i progetti di tesi disponibili verteranno sui seguenti argomenti:

- Sviluppare e definire le regole, le frequenze e i ruoli per il milkrun del reparto CDV a seguito delle modifiche al layout dell'area.
- Definire i bilanciamenti delle attività uomo/banco e ottimizzazione del layout della linea banchi gemelli.

Qualifiche
- Laureando/ tesista magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Industriale, Meccatronica
- Interesse a tematiche inerenti lean production, produzione, miglioramento continuo etc,
- Doti di flessibilità, disponibilità, riservatezza e precisione, abbinate a proattività e facilità nei rapporti interpersonali;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office e programmi di disegno quali Autocad.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
