RICERCA: Project Engineer Multidisciplinare - Impiantistica (Full Remote) MEOGROUP è una società di consulenza tecnica e ingegneristica in forte crescita (110M€ di fatturato, oltre 1.000 collaboratori in 9 Paesi). Dal 2005 supportiamo realtà industriali nello sviluppo di progetti complessi, affiancando i team tecnici nelle fasi di ingegneria e realizzazione. Per un progetto nell'ambito di sviluppo di progetti industriali complessi , ricerchiamo un/una Project Engineer con esperienza multidisciplinare , capace di coordinare le diverse discipline tecniche e contribuire operativamente alla gestione e alla coerenza dei deliverable di ingegneria. Il ruolo è pensato per una figura trasversale e concreta: oltre al coordinamento, è importante saper leggere e lavorare sulla documentazione di progetto (es. P&ID, planimetrie, disegni), interfacciandosi con team tecnici e stakeholder. Il ruolo La risorsa opererà su progetti su commessa in ambito industriale, con responsabilità di integrazione e coordinamento multidisciplinare tra le discipline di ingegneria (processo, piping, meccanica, elettrico-strumentale, automazione, HSE), garantendo allineamento tecnico e continuità operativa lungo le fasi del progetto. Responsabilità principali Coordinamento multidisciplinare tra le discipline di ingegneria, assicurando coerenza e integrazione tra documenti, dati e deliverable. Interfaccia continuativa con stakeholder interni/esterni (engineering, fornitori, project management, eventuale cliente finale) per gestire allineamenti, chiarimenti e priorità. Supporto operativo su documentazione tecnica: capacità di interpretare e gestire P&ID, planimetrie/layout, disegni tecnici e principali documenti di ingegneria. Monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento tecnico (azioni, punti aperti, deliverable, scadenze) con reportistica strutturata. Identificazione e gestione delle criticità tecniche, facilitando la risoluzione dei problemi tra discipline e riducendo i colli di bottiglia informativi. Contributo al miglioramento continuo dei flussi di lavoro (metodologie, tracciabilità documentale, standard di progetto). Competenze richieste Esperienza di almeno 7 anni in ruoli tecnici di ingegneria/progetto in contesti industriali complessi . Profilo multidisciplinare , con esposizione a più discipline (processo, piping, meccanica, elettrico/strumentale, automazione, HSE) e capacità di gestire interfacce tecniche. Familiarità con documentazione di progetto e capacità di “mettere mano” a livello tecnico su: P&ID planimetrie / layout disegni tecnici e principali elaborati di ingegneria Inglese professionale (mandatorio). Excel (mandatorio) per monitoraggio, reportistica, avanzamenti e tracciamento deliverable. Ottime doti di coordinamento, comunicazione tecnica, autonomia e orientamento al risultato.
