Our Opportunity — Pre-Opening General Manager, Baccarat Hotel Rome The Pre-Opening General Manager will hold full responsibility for bringing Baccarat Hotel Rome to life — overseeing the journey from concept to daily operation. This is both a strategic and creative leadership role: the chance to shape a landmark that defines modern luxury in the heart of one of the world’s most inspiring cities. The successful candidate will champion guest and employee engagement, operational excellence, and financial performance while ensuring every detail reflects the artistry, authenticity, and brilliance of Baccarat. They will work closely with ownership, design teams, and Starwood Hotels leadership to ensure the hotel’s food, beverage, and cultural offerings redefine what luxury feels like — elegant yet energetic, refined yet real. About You Proven experience in pre-opening and managing luxury hotels , ideally within Europe (experience in Italy a must). A visionary leader who embraces creativity and culture as part of modern luxury. Deep understanding of F&B innovation and the ability to inject energy, vibrancy, and authenticity into every experience. Exceptional communicator and collaborator, working seamlessly with ownership, design, and corporate teams.
