CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTER INTERN - SDA BOCCONI SDA Bocconi School of Management is an international school based in Italy, leading the transformation of individuals to improve the future of people, organizations, and society. SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a highly motivated Career Development Center Intern to support career services initiatives for students and participants across programs. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the organization and delivery of career development activities, employer engagement initiatives, and networking events, ensuring high-quality services and a smooth participant experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Career Events Organization and Support Support the planning, logistics, communication, and delivery of career development initiatives such as Career Cafés, company presentations, and networking events. Assist in managing agendas, company invitations, participant registrations, and on-site logistics. Operational and Coordination Activities Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, programs, IT) for event promotion, materials, and room bookings. Manage logistics including catering, materials, and technical support for both in-person and online events. Oversee IT and digital platforms used for career events, streaming, or virtual interactions. Employer and Platform Management Post job opportunities and career events on dedicated platforms (e.g. Symplicity). Monitor applications, manage databases, and support employer follow-up after events and business trips. Data, Analytics and Reporting Extract and analyze KPIs related to career development activities and employer engagement. Support the preparation of professional reports and presentations to communicate results and insights effectively. REQUIREMENTS University degree. At least 6 months of experience in organizational activities (back-office and front-office), preferably in an international context. Preferred sectors: education, consulting, luxury, public relations. Minimum 6 months of proven experience abroad (study, work, or other). Strong written and oral communication skills in Italian and English . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities. Availability to occasionally work in the evenings during the week (in connection with events), as well as Saturday mornings, on an occasional basis.
