Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Gaming Sales Manager to build, own, and scale a strong sales pipeline while consistently closing new accounts within the gaming industry. This role is heavily focused on new business development, partnerships, and revenue growth. Once deals are closed, accounts will be smoothly handed over to the Customer Success team for long-term relationship management. The role also involves active participation in key industry events - either together with leadership or independently - to meet partners in person, strengthen relationships, and close new business. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and continuously grow a strong sales pipeline within the mobile gaming sector Identify, approach, and close new gaming partners and accounts Own the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing Ensure a smooth handover of closed accounts to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and meetups Meet existing partners in person when needed and identify upsell or expansion opportunities Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategy with business goals Track sales activity, performance, and forecasts, providing regular updates Requirements Proven experience in sales or business development within gaming, adtech, martech, or digital products Existing network within the gaming industry (mandatory) Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners Willingness to travel and attend international industry events Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working with targets Nice to Have Experience working with international clients Experience collaborating closely with Customer Success or Account Management teams Compensation Salary aligned with the candidate’s seniority and experience Guaranteed performance-based incentives / commission structure - we believe sales performance should always be rewarded ❗ Important: We are not considering freelancers or consultants managing multiple clients or projects.
