Nostro cliente è una importante societ italiana di ingegneria manifatturiera, leader nella progettazione di macchine per il comparto chimico farmaceutico e nella progettazione di impiantistica legata a processi produttivi industriali e ambientali. Presente in Italia e con una sede in Cina e una negli Stati Uniti, vanta una clientela internazionale e vive un momento di forte crescita. Per la strutturazione del dipartimento Ricerca e Sviluppo dell’HQ ci ha incaricati di cercare:PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGERRESPONSABILITÀ Riportando al Market and Development Director contribuir allo sviluppo del dipartimento (definendo metodi procedure) e alla gestione del team R&, d che a lui riporter (costituito da ingegneri chimici e ambientali e periti chimici). Accompagner e sar facilitatore del cambiamento in corso relativo all’area R&, D che prevede l’avvio di un Lab Build e il passaggio a un approccio aperto e innovativo alle sfide definite dall’Azienda. Garantir il pieno presidio delle attivit R&, D, seguendo lo sviluppo dei processi/tecnologie ambientali (ad esempio trattamento acque) e produttivi industriali (ad esempio la separazione termica), con approccio multidisciplinare. In particolare si occuper di:Pianificazione e gestione dei progetti e delle attivit di sviluppo al fine di garantire il rispetto degli obiettivi di qualit , tempi e costiSupervisione test di laboratorio e prove su impianti pilotaPreparazione/revisione di procedure, deliverables ed istruzioni operative sia afferenti a processi/attivit cross-funzionali che del solo dipartimento di sviluppo.Proporre ed implementare best practicesMonitoraggio ed analisi della letteratura scientifica e tecnica, incluso il monitoraggio brevettuale, su tematiche definite dalla direzione, emissione periodica della relativa reportisticaIndividuare laboratori e centri di ricerca nazionali ed internazionali con cui avviare potenziali collaborazioniCollaborare con Rspp per le pratiche di esecuzione in sicurezza del lavoroCollaborare col dipartimento Commerciale e L’ingegneria Chimica per le prove richieste dai clientiCollaborer inoltre alle seguenti attivit :Analisi di mercatoValutazione di nuovi investimentiDeposito brevettiESPERIENZASiamo alla ricerca di un talentuoso laureato in chimica/ingegneria chimica che abbia maturato un’esperienza lavorativa complessiva di 10-12 anni preferibilmente in ambito R&, D all’interno di grandi aziende o societ di ingegneria in qualit di ingegnere di processo, responsabile tecnico, R&, D manager, R&, D project manager o ruoli affini.È preferibile un settore di provenienza Chimico, Farmaceutico o Ingegneria Chimica ambientale. Valutiamo qualcuno che abbia gi ricoperto il ruolo per 2/3 anni o risorse di potenziale che abbiano voglia di crescere in un ruolo manageriale più ampio. Gradita esperienza di coordinamento e necessaria una comprovata capacit di organizzazione e strutturazione del lavoro.FORMAZIONELaurea quinquennale in chimica, chimica industriale, ingegneria chimicaLINGUAConoscenza fluente della lingua ingleseSKILLSCompetenze tecniche: Ingegneria di processo, Principi di project management, DOE, Controllo di processo, Direttiva macchine, GLP.
