We are looking for a passionate Director of Sales & Marketing with solid experience in the Luxury Hospitality & Travel industry, to drive NEBE’s international expansion. What You Will Do Develop and execute the 2025/2026 Sales & Marketing strategy, implementing innovative promotional and commercial strategies. Strengthen and expand our portfolio of industry clients and partners. Coordinate the Sales team, monitoring performance and results. Participate in industry events and trade fairs. Develop new projects. Collaborate with the Communication Manager. What We Are Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in the Luxury Hospitality & Travel industry. A strong professional network and proven business development skills. Leadership, strategic mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (C1/C2); a second language is a plus. Results-oriented approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
