Cosa farai : - Identificherai nuovi clienti per Savills e gestirai tutto il processo di compravendita, dalle valutazioni alla negoziazione. - Parteciperai a corsi di formazione innovativi, perfezionando tecniche di vendita e negoziazione. - Sfrutterai le nostre potenti strategie di marketing globale per generare risultati eccezionali per i clienti. Cosa cerchiamo : - Un professionista con integrità, determinazione e iniziativa, capace di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante. - Capacità di mantenere la calma e la flessibilità anche nelle situazioni più complesse. - Una mentalità vincente e intelligenza emotiva, con un forte focus sul cliente. Requisiti : - Diploma o laurea. - Abilitazione alla mediazione immobiliare e una comprovata esperienza nelle vendite immobiliari - Disponibilità a seguire un'agenda flessibile.
