La risorsa' a diretto riporto del Mechanical Maintenance Manager' è responsabile dell'organizzazione' pianificazione e supervisione delle attivit del gruppo di manutenzione per le sedi Italiane' garantendo il corretto funzionamento e l'efficienza di impianti e macchinari. In particolare' il/la candidato/a si occuper di: - Essere il punto di riferimento e responsabile dell'assistenza operativa ai reparti di Manufacturing, - Definire e monitorare i KPI di manutenzione, - Definire la politica ottimale di giacenza dei ricambi e curarne l'attuazione, - Gestire la pianificazione delle attivit e dei progetti del reparto' garantendone l'esecuzione e l'allocazione delle risorse, - Coordinare e stabilire le priorit manutentive della giornata' assicurando la riuscita delle attivit di intervento e riducendo al minimo i tempi di fermo, - Stanziare e curare il budget del reparto previsto per l'anno, - Gestire i contratti di manutenzione con societ esterne e monitorare la loro attuazione, - Redigere le procedure di manutenzione, - Essere il referente del reparto per le tematiche di Lean Manufacturing' curando le iniziative volte a migliorare l'efficienza produttiva ed operando in ottica di miglioramento continuo, - Partecipare agli audit di sicurezza e GMP effettuati sulle macchine di competenza, - Rappresentare il coach per il team di manutenzione' promuovendo la formazione tecnica e personale dei collaboratori. Requisiti - Diploma in discipline tecniche, - Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito manutentivo di settori farmaceutici' cosmetici o alimentari, - Buona conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico, - Conoscenza base GMP, - Conoscenza base SAP, - Buona lettura degli schemi elettrici' pneumatici e meccanici, - Conoscenza software di gestione della manutenzione, - Abilitazione da preposto sicurezza, - Abilitazione PES/PEI (CEI 11-27), - Preferibile conoscenza tecnica di impianti di produzione per iniettabili e confezionamento, - Preferibile conoscenza in ambito Lean Manufacturing / TPM.
