Our headquarters are located in Genoa , and we operate two re-rolling plants in Vallese di Oppeano (Verona) and San Giorgio di Nogaro (Udine). YOUR ROLE Within the Business Strategy Department, you will provide comprehensive support to the business planning process, reporting, and monitoring of key efficiency metrics, as well as deliver ad hoc analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making. The role will contribute to the analysis of business performance, identifying and proposing actions to maximize operational efficiency. This position is part of a strong, ambitious, and proactive team operating in an international environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Contribute to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process (Sales, Purchasing, and Operations), supporting all planning cycles (annual, rolling, monthly, and weekly). • Analyze business performance and identify improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. • Partner with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to understand performance drivers and develop efficiency initiatives. • Support the definition, monitoring, and control of key performance indicators (KPIs). • Prepare periodic management reports and presentations for senior leadership. • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment with company goals. • Prepare business cases and perform simulations. • Lead or support cross-functional projects and initiatives. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Master’s degree (with honors) in Economics, Management Engineering, or Business Administration. • At least five years of experience in similar roles, preferably within structured and multinational organizations. • Strong critical and analytical thinking, with the ability to manage, interpret, and analyze data effectively. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach. • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Fluent English. • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and SAP. • Advanced command of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. • Location: Genoa.
