Are you with us? Main responsibilities: Focus on maintaining and growing the Revenues team activities in the UK and Australian markets. Building and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients to drive long-term business growth and loyalty. Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory or market segment. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to exceed sales targets and maximize revenue. Negotiating contracts and closing deals to drive profitability. Understanding customer needs and challenges to develop and present tailored fintech solutions. Monitoring account performance and customer satisfaction to proactively address any issues and ensure continued success. Preparing periodic reports on client status, sales activities, and accurate revenue forecasts. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and account progress in the CRM. Collaborating closely with the Growth and Portfolio teams to ensure alignment on goals and to contribute to the company's overall success. Who we are looking for: Proven experience: At least 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar B2B sales role, preferably within the fintech, SaaS, or digital services industry. Academic background in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, in Italian and English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious attitude and a drive to find innovative solutions. Ability to work independently to manage your day-to-day activities, meet deadlines, and prioritize work effectively. A positive attitude, a collaborative team-player mindset, and a strong drive to achieve results. A genuine interest in innovative finance, fintech solutions, and a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth. Location & Terms: Location: This position is for our Milan HQ .
