Adecco Italia – Logistica Business ricerca un SAP Key User per multinazionale operante nella logistica integrata. La risorsa, all’interno del team di Operations, si occuperà dell'installazione, della configurazione e della gestione (manutenzione, aggiornamento e monitoraggio) di reti informatiche da un punto di vista HW, analizzando eventuali problematiche SW affinché l'insieme dei servizi offerti dal sistema informativo possa essere erogato nella maniera più efficiente possibile agli utenti presenti all’interno del plant di magazzino. In particolare: Offre supporto iniziale sugli applicativi in caso di errori e/o malfunzionamenti utilizzando un sistema di ticketing Provvede a fornire assistenza di base con possibilità di escalation verso il dipartimento IT/Application a seconda del livello di urgenza rilevato Collabora con il team di Application ed esegue test sul sistema di gestione del magazzino (WMS) per la valutazione di nuove procedure Valuta le esigenze operative e fornisce supporto tecnico ai reparti operativi per l'implementazione o il miglioramento di nuovi processi. Monitora il rilascio in produzione di nuove funzionalità, assicurandosi del loro corretto funzionamento. Supporta, testa e implementa nuovi processi e cambiamenti richiesti si occupa del training agli utenti di magazzino Requisiti: Il candidato ideale ha maturato esperienza in ruolo analogo Ha conoscenza dei processi logistici (flussi inbound/outbound legati agli ordini e alle spedizioni) Conoscenza della lingua Inglese (B2) Buona conoscenza della suite MS Office Conoscenza di WMS, preferibilmente SAP Flessibilità e propensione al lavoro di squadra, anche in un contesto internazionale con attenzione alle priorità Proattività e concretezza nella definizione di soluzioni Abilità nel risolvere problemi e prendere decisioni rapide ed efficaci e capacità di lavorare sotto stress Disponibilità ad eventuali trasferte Offerta: E’ previsto un inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato da parte dell’azienda.
