Per La Posta Vecchia Hotel di Palo Laziale ricerchiamo un/una Housekeeping Manager . La figura, a diretto riporto del Resort Manager, lavorerà a stretto contatto con gli altri responsabili di reparto e con l’Head Quarter, e sarà il punto di riferimento operativo per tutte le attività di Housekeeping. Responsabilità Coordinamento e supervisione delle attività di pulizia e riordino camere, aree comuni e spazi outdoor. Organizzazione del Team Housekeeping (turnazioni, affiancamento, recruiting). Monitoraggio costante degli standard qualitativi e delle procedure aziendali. Verifica del rispetto del regolamento interno e del grooming. Gestione di fornitori esterni, magazzino, inventari e ordini. Collaborazione con Front Office, Maintenance ed Eventi per garantire flussi operativi efficienti. Monitoraggio e controllo del budget dell’area Housekeeping, garantendo efficienza e ottimizzazione dei costi. Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori e del magazzino, incluse giacenze e nuovi ordini. Requisiti Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi in strutture di pari livello. Padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office. Esperienza nella gestione e motivazione di Team numerosi. Attenzione ai dettagli, precisione operativa e capacità di coordinare più attività contemporaneamente. Buone capacità comunicative e organizzative. Conoscenza della lingua inglese (plus).
