Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is excited to welcome an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to our team in the Biotechnology industry In this friendly role' you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers' assisting them with their inquiries about our innovative biotech products and services. Your role will involve providing information' resolving concerns' and ensuring that our customers have a delightful experience with us. If you love science' enjoy helping people' and thrive in a supportive environment' we'd be thrilled to have you on board Responsibilities - Provide warm and welcoming customer service in Italian for queries related to our biotechnology products. - Assist customers with product information' ordering' and any issues they may encounter. - Guide customers through the purchasing process and address their concerns with care. - Document customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up. - Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless service experience. - Stay updated on our products and industry developments to offer the best assistance. - Contribute to a positive team culture and be a friendly resource for customers. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' preferably in the biotechnology or healthcare sector. - Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers. - Ability to manage multiple inquiries with a smile - Familiarity with customer service software is a bonus. - Detail-oriented and skilled in problem-solving. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' if necessary.
