Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Media &, Entertainment industry team. In this exciting Junior role' you will be the voice of our brand' providing exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they navigate our media platforms and services. Your fluency in Italian will be essential for assisting clients with inquiries about content access' subscriptions' and technical support. By delivering excellent customer service' you will help enhance the user experience and foster a loyal audience. Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through phone' email' and chat regarding media and entertainment inquiries - Assist customers with questions related to content availability' account management' and subscription services - Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties - Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system - Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved effectively and promptly - Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services - Stay informed about current trends in media and entertainment to better assist customers Requirements - Fluent in Italian and English' with strong communication skills - Exceptional customer service abilities and a proactive problem-solving mindset - Experience in customer service' particularly in the media or entertainment sector' is preferred - Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills - A genuine passion for media' entertainment' and helping customers enjoy their experiences - Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus Benefits - Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight' Transfer and Hotel ) - Health Insurance - Private Health Insurance - 2 Extra Salaries Per Year - Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel - Fully Paid Training - Monthly Performance Bonus - Free Greek Course - And More
