Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is excited to announce a vacancy for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent for a leading Financial Services Company in Greece. In this pivotal role' you will support our Italian-speaking clients with their financial inquiries' ensuring they receive top-quality service and guidance on our various financial products and services. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer queries' providing information about services' and assisting clients with account management. If you have a passion for finance' excellent communication skills' and a commitment to customer satisfaction' we would love to have you join our team. Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian for inquiries related to financial services. - Assist clients with account-related questions and provide information on products and services. - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. - Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer needs. - Stay informed about financial products' policies' and market trends to assist customers effectively. - Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' particularly in the financial services sector is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills centered on customer care. - Ability to multitask and manage various inquiries effectively. - Familiarity with customer service software or financial management tools is advantageous. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' as required.
