Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives at a leading telecommunications company' with the workplace located in beautiful Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and communication and are eager to provide top-notch support to customers in Italian. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries related to telecommunications products' services' and technical support via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide detailed information about services' plans' and troubleshooting procedures. - Assist customers with account management' bill inquiries' and service changes. - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for monitoring and follow-up. - Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance service delivery. - Stay informed about the latest telecommunications trends and company updates to provide relevant assistance. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of English is advantageous. - Previous experience in customer service' preferably within the telecommunications industry. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction. - Aptitude for managing multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desired. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends if necessary' and to relocate to Greece.
