This is a close, trusted role working directly with the Owner, supporting both professional and personal matters, ideal for a proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented self-starter who enjoys being hands-on, moves quickly, takes natural ownership, and takes genuine pride in anticipating needs and making life run smoothly—often before anyone else realises they need to—while bringing calm, order, and momentum to a fast-moving environment. What You’ll Do Provide seamless one-to-one support to the Owner, managing priorities with discretion, care, and attention to detail Organise and oversee all travel arrangements — from flights and accommodation to itineraries and on-the-ground logistics Coordinate meetings, events, and schedules, ensuring everything is prepared and runs effortlessly Research, source, and liaise with suppliers and service providers, handling negotiations with confidence and good judgement Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity and professionalism Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and step in without being asked Who You Are You have at least 3 years’ experience supporting a senior executive and feel comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment A valid driver’s license is desirable. You have a great eye for beauty and details You are fluent in English and Italian, and communicate clearly, elegantly, and confidently — both written and spoken You are naturally organised, quick-thinking, and excellent at juggling multiple priorities You stay calm under pressure and adapt easily when plans change at the last minute You have a strong sense of style and aesthetic judgement, and feel at home in a creative, luxury-driven world You are confident with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and digital tools, and comfortable handling budgets and data You enjoy taking initiative, getting things done efficiently, and building positive, professional relationships You are discreet, reliable, and proud to be someone others can fully trust
