Employerland, on behalf of a luxury 5-star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, is looking for an Assistant Spa Manager. Main responsibilities : Support the SPA Manager in overseeing daily operations of the spa, including treatment rooms, wellness areas, relaxation lounges, and retail. Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of therapists, receptionists, and wellness professionals. Ensure all spa services are delivered with the highest level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Develop and update treatment menus and wellness programs in collaboration with leading brands and therapists. Directly perform treatments in cabin, when necessary Monitor guest satisfaction and respond effectively to feedback and special requests. Manage spa inventory, retail sales, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and profitability. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and health regulations. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Central Team to promote spa packages, seasonal offers, and membership programs. Keep up to date with industry trends and implement innovative concepts to enhance the spa experience.
