Ruolo: Salesforce eCommerce Solution Engineer Descrizione del ruolo Il/la Salesforce eCommerce Solution Engineer sarà responsabile di identificare, disegnare e validare le soluzioni tecniche più adatte, interfacciandosi con le diverse funzioni aziendali e seguendo direttamente le attività dei fornitori coinvolti, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard di qualità. Responsabilità principali Analizzare requisiti funzionali e tecnici provenienti dalle diverse funzioni aziendali Progettare soluzioni Salesforce eCommerce e verificare la loro fattibilità tecnica Coordinare l’esecuzione dei progetti, monitorando fornitori e team tecnici esterni Gestire l’integrazione con sistemi esterni (ERP, CRM, PIM, sistemi di pagamento) Validare le soluzioni implementate e garantire il rispetto di tempi, costi e aspettative di business Supportare il team nella manutenzione, aggiornamento e ottimizzazione delle piattaforme Utilizzare strumenti di project management Agile/Scrum e la suite Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) per documentazione, monitoraggio e reporting Applicare conoscenze di HTTP server, application server, database, web service REST e SOAP per garantire la corretta integrazione delle soluzioni Supportare l’analisi e il reporting tramite strumenti di analytics Requisiti tecnici Esperienza nel mondo eCommerce (SAP Commerce/Hybris un plus) e Subscription (Zuora un plus) Integrazione con sistemi esterni ( ERP, CRM, PIM, sistemi di pagamento ) Conoscenze tecniche di HTTP server, application server, database, REST/SOAP web service Conoscenza della suite Salesforce (un plus) Competenze in project management e ciclo di sviluppo software Esperienza con strumenti Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) e analytics Capacità di analisi tecnica e funzionale, coordinamento progetti e gestione fornitori Luogo: Torino Modalità di lavoro: Ibrida (2 giorni a settimana in presenza) The world needs you AGAP2 è un equal opportunities employer: crediamo che tutte le forme di diversità siano fonte di arricchimento reciproco.
