For a luxury brand, we are looking for Senior Fashion Advisor , based in Milan. Main responsabilities: Drives product sales across multiple categories or lines through advanced product knowledge and expertise. Uses expertise in specific area to provide detailed product knowledge and drive sales across multiple product categories or lines. Develops client relationships through experience in order to increase sales and create positive client experiences. Restocks and arranges products following sales. Provides product and service information and advice and offers excellent customer service and models behaviour to new talent. Provides new talent with product line training in area of expertise and mentorship or guidance if appropriate. Requirements: Previous experience in fashion and luxury boutiques. Knowledge of the products and the selling techniques. University education or a Fashion school degree. English (C1-C2) is mandatory (other languages are a plus). Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software.
