Are you an AI Engineer expert in GenAI, ML and Data with Python ? We are Reply, and we are looking for you WHO WE ARE Reply is a company that specialises in Consulting , Systems Integration and Digital Services with a focus on the conception, design and implementation of solutions based on the new communication channels and digital media. Reply partners with key industrial groups in defining and developing business models made possible by the new technological and communication paradigms such as Artificial Intelligence , Big Data , Cloud Computing , Digital Communication , the Internet of Things and Mobile and Social Networking . WHAT WILL YOU DO? Core activities . You will design and build enterprise AI solutions using agentic frameworks and cloud technologies. You will develop multi-agent systems, implement MLOps pipelines, and deploy scalable AI applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex business challenges into innovative AI solutions. Technologies . You will work with Python and agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph or ADK. You will leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, GKE, Cloud Run, Container App). You will implement MLOps practices for automated deployment, with opportunities to work with data orchestrators and API design. Team work . You will join Reply's AI & Data practice working alongside data scientists, cloud architects, and business consultants. You will collaborate directly with enterprise clients in an agile, innovation-driven environment, working on challenging AI projects while learning from senior specialists. WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE… Academic background . Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. Valuable expertise . Strong passion for artificial intelligence and agentic systems. 2-3 years of experience in AI engineering, Python development, cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS), containerized environments and MLOps automation. Nice to have . ML model development and tuning experience, familiarity with data orchestrators (Airflow, DBT, MLflow), API design and authentication knowledge, strong SQL and data management skills, cloud certifications. Soft skills . You have strong analytical thinking and solve complex problems with innovative approaches. You communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
