Manpower ricerca per importante multinazionale nel settore Aerospace su Torino un/a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER L'Ingegnere di Produzione è responsabile delle attivit di industrializzazione dei processi produttivi dell'area assegnata. Si assumer la piena responsabilit dell'hardware assegnato, sviluppando il piano di produzione e/o ottimizzando quello esistente per raggiungere gli obiettivi richiesti in termini di fattibilit e robustezza del processo, qualit del prodotto, costo del prodotto e sostegno della capacity. Analizzer anche i KPI di qualit per il piano di miglioramento del Part Number assegnato. Attivit e compiti Supportare attivit di ingegneria simultanee con i progettisti e/o con il cliente Definire l'attivit di progettazione di attrezzature/router tra fornitori esterni e Manufacturing Engineering Guidare i fornitori di attrezzature durante tutte le fasi dall'ideazione al test funzionale e relativa convalida Gestire le revisioni della progettazione e dei processi, per monitorare lo stato del piano di industrializzazione/miglioramento per il P/N assegnato Supportare il personale operativo durante la produzione del primo lotto Gestire la validazione tecnica secondo le procedure interne Individuare l'ottimizzazione dei processi da implementare Supportare il Customer Quality Engineering per la segnalazione di anomalie inviata al Cliente e sostenere la revisione da parte del Cliente del piano di miglioramento proposto. Portare nuove idee e supporto positivo al processo attuale Sviluppare e consolidare le migliori pratiche e standard per la produzione Requisiti: Laurea magistrale in ingegneria meccanica, aeronautica o aerospaziale Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e dell’italiano Capacit di lettura del disegno tecnico Conoscenza delle lavorazioni meccaniche Attitudine alla fabbrica Visto di lavoro in conformit con la normativa locale Si offre contratto ad inserimento a tempo indeterminato vetrinabakeca
