Title: Commercial Director - Animal Health Location: Italy - Remote with expectation to travel within Italy Package: €100,000 (negotiable) Bonus (Package dependent on experience) Reports to: CEO Responsibilities Commercial Director opening with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer operating within the veterinary / animal health market. Responsible for managing a team of 100, with 8 direct reports across Italy. Manage relationships with distributors, veterinary clinics, pet shops, pharmacies, and wholesalers. Identify and seize new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally. Responsible for preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports. Requirements: Must have experience within the Animal Health industry - specifically the companion animal sector alongside Bovine and Equine as a plus Must have proven experience leading sales teams. Strong understanding of international distribution channels.
