What will be your mission? As Guest Relation Agent , your role will be to ensure that our guests are 100% satisfied with their experience while in our hotel. What will you do? The Guest Relation Agent will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized experience to guests, ensuring a warm welcome, effective communication, and flawless assistance throughout their stay. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests in a luxury setting, anticipating their needs and resolving any issues to ensure maximum satisfaction. The key responsibilities for this position are: • Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. • Manage check-ins and check-outs with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency. • Provide detailed information about hotel services, local activities, and attractions. • Listen to and anticipate guest needs, delivering tailored solutions promptly. • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, etc.) to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled. • Handle complaints professionally, offering quick and effective resolutions. • Ensure every guest receives personalized service, recognizing VIPs and repeat visitors. • Monitor guest feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of services. • Support the Front Office team during peak times as needed. What are we looking for? • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality. • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. • Strong guest-focused approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude at all times. • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
