GENERAL NEEDS OF THE COMPANY: Responsibilities: Perform quality control at all stages of the Jetson aircraft production and assembly; Implement performance tests and functional inspections; Draft and update operating procedures and quality control forms; Coordinate audits and manage corrective/preventive actions; Train operational staff on quality procedures and technical specifications; Manage non-conformities, maintaining constant dialogue with suppliers; Collaborate with Management for the adoption of sustainable and innovative practices. Preferred Skills and Experience: Technical diploma or equivalent educational background; Proven experience in quality control processes, preferably within the metalworking, or electrical sectors; Strong manual skills and proficiency in using measurement instruments; High level of precision, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Soft Skills: "Can-do, will-do" attitude with a proactive approach and willingness to take action; Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; Applies time management, effective planning, prioritizing, and organizing skills to maximize productivity; Brings a positive attitude and energy to the workplace; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Additional Requirements: Must have a valid Class B driving license; Must be eligible for employment in Italy and willing to work onsite.
