We are looking for an ambitious candidate for the position of Emerging Asian Brands Account Manager in the Sales, Marketing & Business Development Department of CA Auto Bank. The candidate will cooperate with the relevant Head of Sales, Marketing & Business development in scouting business opportunities and partnerships with manufacturers from APAC region operating in Europe, as well as for coordinating such partnerships. Main Responsibilities Developing and implementing products, insurances and services, financial promotions and other sales and marketing actions, jointly with the related Asian Brands and involved CAAB Markets, to promote financing and sale of the vehicles and to achieve commercial objectives, customer loyalty and profitability targets, supporting the involved Markets in the development of commercial and marketing actions, guaranteeing the cross-fertilization of the best practices; Defining actions to support Corporate and SME sales in all the different channels, in cooperation with the Fleet Departments of the related Asian Brands; Working closely with Business Development team in creating new business opportunities, scouting the markets and supporting potential mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures and helping the Management in structuring new business transactions. Job Requirements Master’s degree in Business Management or Finance; Fluent in Chinese and English , knowledge of French is a plus; Consolidated experience (more than 5 years) in automotive financing sector in project management, banking or financial services product management, sales and partner relationship management with Automotive Brands; Experience in Digital auto-financing global projects and in supporting OEM digital customer journey design is a plus; Strong customer centric, innovation and profitability driven approach; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization; Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
