Diese Aufgaben warten auf Dich Kaufmännische Betreuung der Windenergie- und Photovoltaikanlagen in Italien Vorausschauende Liquiditätssteuerung und Planung möglicher Ausschüttungen Erstellung von Performance- und Bankenreportings Abrechnung von Einspeisevergütungen, Pachten und externer Betriebsführung Prüfung aller eingehenden Rechnungen (Betriebsführung, Versicherung, Stromversorgung, Grünpflege, Telekommunikation etc.) Abwicklung von Versicherungs-, Garantie- und Gewährleistungsfällen Inhaltliche Plausibilisierung von Jahres- und Zwischenabschlüssen Dokumentenmanagement und Überwachung von Kündigungsfristen anhand eines Vertragscontrollings Korrespondenz mit externen Projektbeteiligten, wie z.B. Banken, Betriebsführung, Versicherung und Buchhaltung Regelmäßige Dienstreisen zwischen Hamburg und Italien Was Du mitbringst Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare, abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion bei einem Solar- oder Windparkbetreiber oder im Bereich von Infrastrukturprojekten (Immobilien, Schifffahrt o.ä.) Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket (insbes.
