La struttura, parte di un importante gruppo turistico, è oggi al centro di un ambizioso progetto di rinnovamento e rilancio, volto a ridefinire gli standard di accoglienza e servizio. Attività e Responsabilità Il/la Front Office Manager sarà il punto di riferimento per l’intero reparto accoglienza, con un ruolo chiave nel percorso di trasformazione della struttura. In particolare, si occuperà di: Coordinare e motivare il team di Front Office, promuovendo un servizio d’eccellenza; Supervisionare l’intero processo di accoglienza clienti, dalla prenotazione al check-out; Garantire elevati standard operativi e di customer experience; Analizzare KPI e flussi, individuando soluzioni per ottimizzare performance e produttività; Collaborare con la Direzione per ridefinire procedure, layout e strumenti; Guidare un progetto strategico di ristrutturazione e modernizzazione del Front Office, contribuendo in prima persona alla crescita del brand. Requisiti Richiesti Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Front Office Manager o Reception Manager, maturata in strutture ricettive complesse e con alti volumi di clientela; Leadership naturale, capacità organizzativa e forte orientamento al risultato; Ottima conoscenza del gestionale Protel e dei principali strumenti di prenotazione alberghiera; Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (ulteriori lingue costituiranno un plus); Attitudine al cambiamento, visione strategica e passione per l’ospitalità di qualità. Si Offre Contratto di 1 anno con prospettiva di stabilizzazione; RAL compresa tra 35.000 € e 40.000 €, in base all’esperienza; Inserimento in una realtà in piena evoluzione, dove lasciare il proprio segno in un progetto di ristrutturazione e innovazione; Un contesto professionale dinamico, con concrete possibilità di crescita e valorizzazione del talento.
