Are you a visionary marketing leader with a deep understanding of the Italian luxury market? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead the brand's growth and presence in Italy. This role will be based in the vibrant city of Milan, reports directly to the Marketing Director. Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the assigned brands. Main tasks: - Coordinate the execution of go-to-market strategy of the assigned portfolio, working in close collaboration with all the international partners ensuring brand consistency and highlighting local needs; - Manage the marketing plans and related touch points (ATL/BTL); - Full Manage the marketing budget of the assigned brands; - Coordinate consumer and trade activations, adapting global campaigns to local needs and retail environments. - Manages Media planning and digital strategy with Media agency - Work in close collaboration with the trade marketing and sales team to ensure alignment and excellent execution; - Monitor the performance of assigned brands: in-depth monitoring of market share, analysis of sales and ROI of key activities and investments; The candidate will manage a team with: 2 brand managers, 1 junior brand manager 2 assistant brand managers Position requirements - 10 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably gained in companies in the Beauty industry. - Proven strategic leadership experience across brand, digital, and retail marketing, with the authority to set clear direction and drive alignment within complex, cross-functional organizations. - Strong product and fashion attitude and ability to understand current market trends. - Result-oriented, problem-solving skill and team working. - Strong communication and business oriented skills. - Fluency in English & Italian
