About Servicely Servicely is a start up that helps machine builders to sell spare parts. Original equipment manufacturers provide inaccurate 2D drawings and non-intuitive spare parts catalogues. Consequently, customers are unable to identify the correct spare parts for their machines and require assistance from the original manufacturer. Servicely is the solution: a 3D eCommerce platform that enables users to view their machines in 3D, select the required part and purchase it in a simple, visual way. We are transforming the purchasing experience and digitising the sales of spare parts in the industrial market. The market has changed. The world has changed. Clearly, manufacturing companies will also have to change, as they can no longer afford to be slow and overcomplicated. Our ambition is to become the Shopify of industrial after-sales. If we succeed, we will transform the way people buy spare parts. Position: Sales Development Representative (Internship) Hybrid / Remote Servicely (Como NExT Innovation Hub, Lomazzo - CO) ⏱️ Full-time | Paid internship → leading to full-time employment What You’ll Do As our first SDR, you’ll be the engine of our sales pipeline. Your role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities through a mix of research, outreach, and structured prospecting. Your day-to-day will include: Researching and mapping target accounts. Run 40/50 cold calls per day within target accounts. Using data enrichment tools to build high-quality lead lists. Managing and updating leads within our CRM (Hubspot) to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility. Writing personalised outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and phone. Conducting cold calls to book discovery meetings for our sales team. Collaborating closely with the founders to refine our messaging, targeting, and sales process. Who You Are We’re not looking for years of experience — we're looking for the right mindset. You'll succeed if you are: Curious and resourceful: You love understanding how things work — especially in technical or complex industries. Resilient: You handle rejection like a pro and keep dialling. Data-driven: You use tools and metrics to improve your performance every week. Independent: Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Tech-savvy: You can quickly learn and use modern tools (HubSpot, Office365, data enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, Lusha, Instantly, etc.). Communicative: You can clearly and confidently engage with senior stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken). Familiarity with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach. Have a strong desire to learn B2B sales in a startup environment. Organized, reliable and able to manage you own time and tasks. Nice to have Any prior experience in sales, lead generation, customer service or similar roles. Experience with CRM systems (HubSbot or similar) and prospecting tools like Instantly it’s a plus. Experience or curiosity about tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Instantly, Apollol, Clay, Lusha, etc. Interest in B2B SaaS, tech, industrial and manufacturing.
