Descrizione
La figura ricercata si occuperà di:
Essere il punto di riferimento IT (di processo e tecnico) nella sua area di specializzazione;
Analizzare i sistemi esistenti ed evidenziare le aree di miglioramento;
Identificare nuovi software/servizi da sviluppare;
Eseguire l'analisi del gap e proporre soluzioni;
Analizzare e scomporre requisiti complessi e tradurli in specifiche tecniche;
Coordinare la formulazione e la definizione della soluzione tecnica, in collaborazione con esperti interni o esterni;
Facilitare la gestione delle modifiche e della configurazione, in qualità di referente;
Rappresentare l'azienda con fornitori, clienti, reparti e altre parti in base alle esigenze;
Indirizzare e coordinare le attività del personale di progetto, compreso il personale in outsourcing, per garantire che i progetti progrediscano nei tempi previsti e nel budget.
Profilo del Candidato
La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Laurea specialistica e/o Master in ambito IT o discipline affini;
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nell'area IT come Solution Architect;
Forte competenza tecnico applicativa;
Esperienza nel design dell'architettura del software;
Conoscenza dei db Sql/NoSql;
Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza pregressa in aziende di consulenza;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
