Descrizione
Il/la Candidato/a risponderà al General Manager e si occuperà di:
Gestione e organizzazione del processo produttivo per garantire la sicurezza delle persone, la qualità dei prodotti, l'uso efficiente delle risorse e il rispetto delle scadenze.
Attività di pianificazione, gestione delle risorse, gestione dei cicli produttivi, coordinamento delle procedure di produzione.
Coordinamento e gestione delle scorte di magazzino e relative attività logistiche in coordinamento con le fasi produttive.
Interfacciamento con i reparti aziendali per il completamento/gestione delle attività di produzione (Acquisti - R&D - Magazzini).
Interfaccia e gestione dei reparti di produzione meccanica, produzione elettrica e collaudo per la produzione di serie e la produzione a commessa.
Analisi periodica KPI produttivi e obbiettivi aziendali, implementando azioni per aumentare la qualità, la produttività e il rispetto delle date di consegna.
Valutazione skill personale produttivo e relativa organizzazione corsi di aggiornamento e piani di sviluppo.
Coinvolgere il team a pensare e implementare opportunità di miglioramento, incentivando la creazione di una cultura di miglioramento continuo.
Profilo del Candidato
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale
- Esperienza nel ruolo all'interno di contesti produttivi di soluzioni personalizzate
- Conoscenza dei metodi produttivi Lean Manufacturing
- Utilizzo programmi ERP e MRP
- Conoscenza del disegno meccanico 2D e 3D
- Conoscenza di distinte tecniche, documenti di prelievo, direttiva macchine
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Eccellente capacità di leadership e gestione di un team
