is looking for a co-founder(s) with experience in the elettronics and software engineering. Our project aims to create a bluetooth hub that connects contemporary multiple speakers and headphones from different brands, portable and with beautiful design.

We are tackling some complex issues and challenging tasks, so we need a creative mind that is not afraid to venture into inexplored territories.

What you will do

As the CTO, you will be responsible for leading all the technical aspects of our business. The nature of this role will change over time, moving from one today where you'll be responsible for rapidly developing and testing prototypes to a role in the future where you'll be responsible for leading the engineering team and all technical development.

Clearly, as a co-founder, you'll also be a member of the Leadership Team; so your role will be broader than just technical development. You'll provide critical input into key business decisions, help direct the strategy of the business and provide an important role in key non-technical areas of the start-up journey (e.g. fundraising).

The core elements of what you'll do are:

Work with the founders to develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to align with its vision and business goals
Work with the CEO to create and manage a flexible and agile product pipeline
Own all aspects of our technical development
Rapidly develop and test prototypes
Build out the engineering team to support our ability to scale
Leadership Team
Provide critical input on key business decisions
Help set the strategy and direction of the company
Be a lead to the broader team through our start-up journey

What we're looking for

We want someone who's excited by a challenge and the opportunity to build something huge. That energy and drive is of critical importance for an early member of the team.

This could be your first CTO role, but we're looking for someone is passionate about shipping real products that are well-used and loved.

This role comes with a significant equity stake commensurate with the early stage of the company and the foundational nature of this role.
