Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the of NAVSUP FLC SIG GF, ITALY.



Duties
  • You will provide program management assistance, oversight and supervision of Traffic Management functional roles within operational site, with emphasis and support to tenant unit activities
  • You will provide administrative management and oversight of the Personal Property Support Office operations to ensure compliance to policy, regulations instructions and other laws in the process of movement of personal property.
  • You will monitor, coordinate, expedite and assist in administering the movement of household goods
  • You will management a role of the FLCSI Regional Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Program and as such will monitor regional WSS MHE asset status and requirements through use of Equipment Management and Control System.
  • You will ensure MHE replacement and other procurement request in support of program objectives are communicated with the NAVSUP MHE Program Management office in a timely manner to meet approved POM budget cycles
  • You will provide administrative oversight of Personal Property operations within area of responsibility to ensure compliance to policy, regulations, and instructions governing the process and movement of personal property
  • You will be responsible for overall planning, directing, supervising and coordinating functions of the branch.
