Posizione: Officer (Junior/Mid) di supporto alle attività di business development e di gestione di progetti europei ed extra-europei.

Luogo di lavoro: Roma/Ibrido

Tasks:

Alla figura sarà richiesto di eseguire le seguenti attività di business development e implementazione di progetti internazionali, in particolare:

  • ricerca e selezione di opportunità di finanziamento, tramite l'analisi di pubblicazioni in piattaforme e siti istituzionali e lo studio di documenti programmatici dei maggiori donatori internazionali, preparazione della pipeline di unità, l'organizzazione e la stesura delle minute dei BD meeting.
  • preparazione delle espressioni di interesse e supporto alla preparazione di gare internazionali, inclusa la preparazione e aggiornamento delle referenze di progetto, il supporto nello sviluppo di partnership, la sistematizzazione e aggiornamento della documentazione amministrativa, il supporto all'identificazione e selezione degli esperti, compresa la raccolta e verifica di prove documentali e la preparazione dei CV nei formati dei donatori, la gestione delle richieste di chiarimenti del cliente, il supporto nella preparazione delle parti standard delle offerte tecniche.
  • supporto nella gestione dei progetti in implementazione, in particolare nella ricerca di esperti, valutazione e preparazione dei CV, raccolta e verifica delle prove documentali, e nella logistica di eventi di progetto da organizzare.

Descrizione/Requisiti: La figura ricercata è unə laureatə con anzianità lavorativa di almeno 2 (due) anni in posizioni affini ed esperienza con i maggiori donatori internazionali, quali la Commissione Europea, la Banca Mondiale, le Banche di sviluppo regionali ecc, con forte senso di responsabilità ed una forte motivazione a lavorare in un ambiente dinamico. La conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese costituisce un requisito minimo. La conoscenza professionale di altre lingue straniere di lavoro della Commissione Europea, come il francese e/o lo spagnolo, sarà considerato un plus.

Cosa offriamo: Contratto subordinato di 18 mesi con possibilità di passaggio a tempo indeterminato, con un salario commisurato alla reale esperienza del candidato.
